Aston International in collaboration with the Aston Bali Hotels Chef Association proudly presents the “Aston Culinary Fest”, Bali’s 1st Master Chef inspired Chef & Bartender Competition, which was held recently on Saturday, August 13th, 2011 at the Aston Bali Beach Resort and Spa in Tanjung Benoa. The competition is inspired by the famous Master Chef TV show and is designed to serve as a talent showcase for upcoming Indonesian junior chefs and bartenders with a passion for creating new dishes and cocktails. Participants have been selected from the culinary teams of all 12 Aston managed hotels and villas in Bali and besides a chance to win generous awards in cash, room vouchers and merchandise could also earn the distinguished honor to see their creations become Aston International signature menu items all over Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
