John M. Flood Vice President Experience in England and Europe hotel industry. Has been working in Indonesia for 3 years as a General Manager in Bali. He received his MBA from the University of Leicester in England.

Heru Purwono Corporate Financial Controller Heru brings with him over 20 years of experience in hospitality industry in different parts of Indonesia. He was financial controller with international brands such as Hilton and Accor group prior to joining Aston. Heru oversees finance divisions of all Aston properties

Jules Brookfield Director of Technology Graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Jules specializes in software development and internet related business. He is currently working to automate and integrate many aspects of our business to ensure that Aston stays at the forefront of this digital age.

Norbert Vas Head of Sales and Marketing Norbert has more than 17 years of hotel industry experience in Indonesia, the USA, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Austria. His most recent positions have been: Director of Operations at The InterContinental Bali Resort, Bali, General Manager Swiss-Belhotel Golden Sand Resort, Vietnam, Director of Sales & Marketing Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta, Indonesia. Norbert is an Austrian national, and he and his wife who hails from Surabaya have a four year old son. He holds a degree in hotel management from the famous "Centre International de Glion" in Switzerland and speaks four languages, with German being his native tongue.

Lukas K. samali Corporate HR Director Lukas has gained over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource development from various international hotel chains in Indonesia and Singapore. Prior to joining Aston, he had several successful stints in Oberoi Resorts Indonesia, Jakarta Hilton International and at the Island Hideaway Resort, Republic of Maldives before finally becoming the Director of Hospitality Executive Search (HES) for its Indonesian Office

T. Marlene Frans Corporate Marketing & PR Manager Marlene has been working for almost 15 years in hotel industry with different international brands. She has experience working with the board of tourism in both Indonesia and The Netherlands. She oversees the marketing & public relation matters in all Aston properties.

Yohanes S. Hadi Operation Manager AII Bali Office Originally from Jogja, Yohanes has been with Aston for several years. He graduated from Hospitality College and has worked for several well know international operators such as Accor and Harris. He has opened several new properties and oversees the operations and openings of all villa properties in Bali.

Naomi Miyazaki Japanese Sales & Marketing Born in Nagasaki, Japan, Naomi has been living in Bali for several years where she has worked in several well know hotels. She graduated from the ECC College of Foreign Languages in Japan and has recently joined Aston to concentrate on the Japanese market. She also provides expert advice and input on Japanese guest services at all Aston properties as well as Japanese language courses to all Aston staff in Bali.

Bagus Pariyatna Sales & Marketing Manager Originally from Kuta, Bali. Bagus graduated from Udayana University in Economics. As well as sales and marketing, Bagus also oversees the internet aspects of all properties. He worked for several years for the Wakka Group before joining Aston International.

Meggy Banda Corporate Training Manager Meggy is originally from Jakarta and now settles down happily in Bali. Having graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University (Jakarta) in 1997, she comes to reinforce the team, with several years of training experience at The Four Seasons Resorts Bali. She will be overseeing the training and development programs for all Aston properties

Ni Nyoman Supadmi Regional Chief Accountant From Denpasar, Bali, Komang graduated from BPLP Nusa Dua in Hotel Accounting and has over 16 years experience in the hotel business. Komang is in charge of the accounting departments at Aston’s villa and three star Aston Inn properties in Bali.
