Aston Indonesia currently manages hotels, resorts, residences, spas, villas, private homes, executive clubs and office towers as well as associations and property management. Hotels

From the very beginning of helping to develop and analyze the viability of a guarantee program to the planning of the master and sub associations, Aston has an unmatched record of successfully establishing these programs while maximizing profits for serviced apartments in Indonesia.

Product Differentiation
Grand Aston.....

• 5 Star properties use the name Grand Aston followed by the locator and product type. Five and four star properties also use a color scheme, depending upon what the product is. All products use the Aston logo in traditional dark blue followed by the colored locator. For example, pure ‘hotels’ use a burgundy logo, ‘hotel & residences’ use red, ‘hotel & convention centers’ use gold, while resorts use light blue,

• 4 Star properties use the Aston name followed by the locator and product type.

Aston Inn.....

• 3 Star hotels or residences use the name Aston Inn or Aston Place followed by the locator. Aston Inns and Aston Place use a boxed format and the color purple to differentiate them from the higher end four and five star properties.

Aston 2 Star.....

• Aston 2 star hotel features vicinity that is environmentally friendly. Aston 2 star for example is organized to be almost paperless and only accept cash and debit cards. Instead of the 2% credit card commissions which are normally paid by a hotel on credit card payments. Guests are asked to pay in cash and thereby each of the hotels donates 1% of all revenues to the Owner’s favourite local charity.
